Our History

Panda Commercial Bank Plc. (or “Panda Bank”) was incorporated in Cambodia under Company Registration no. 00043695 issued by the Ministry of Commerce on 12 June 2019 and obtained its Banking License no. B-50 issued by the National Bank of Cambodia on 06 December 2019. Panda Bank’s registered office is located at 31 Mao Tse Toung Blvd. (St. 245), Sangkat Boeng Keng Kang 1, Khan Boeng Keng Kang, 12302 Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The Bank is also planning to open another two branches in Phnom Penh by the last quarter of 2022: one in Toulkork as the main branch (HQ) and another one on Monivong Blvd. near Central Market. As of March 2022, both branches are currently under construction and renovation. In the future, the Bank aims to open five other branches in years 2023 and 2024 in Phnom Penh and provinces. The Bank plans to ultimately expand its network to 30 branches throughout Cambodia in major provincial cities, namely Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville, Kampot, Siem Reap, Battambang, Kompong Cham, Kampong Chhang, etc.
